It is a three storey Victorian house in Nottingham; the first floor is a lounge (tea/coffee/pot-noodle/Xbox); the second floor is two live rooms and the third floor (loft) is where the control room is located (See Equipment). This unusual arrangement makes for an interesting and unique creative space – bands have often commented how it does not feel like a studio and has an un-intimidating and friendly atmosphere to work in. Private accommodation is also available offsite.
